Nextbase now offers professional installation service conducted by our partners InstallerNet, Inc. and their trained installers. This service is for customers that have already or are currently purchasing a Nextbase Dash Cam.
To offer the ultimate convenience Installations can be scheduled at over 2,500 local installation service centers across the US.
The team of trained installers can hardwire your Nextbase dash cam into a range of vehicles including cars, trucks, SUVs, vans & commercial vehicles.
They will mount dash cam to your windshield, ensuring it gets the optimum viewing angle, and hardwire to your vehicle power, meaning no wires are on show. The skilled installers can hardwire in any of the current dash cam models, including rear camera modules when purchased direct from our site.
Fitting can be Purchased along with Dashcams only and may not be avaliable in certain areas.
How it works?
The Professional installation includes the Nextbase Hardwire Kit (RRP $125) in the cost of purchase. This will be delivered to you prior to the installation with the installer.
Once you request an appointment, we’ll contact the installer and work to best accommodate your scheduling needs. We’ll then provide you with all your installers contact information and confirm your date/ time and make any changes as needed. Your installer may also contact you to do the same.
Our partners, InstallerNet, Inc also provide installation service when ordering a Dash Cam via our website. This 'standalone' service is primarily for those that have already purchased a Dash Cam and would like it professionally installed.
Disclaimer
The installers will only install brand new Nextbase Dash Cams purchased either directly via the Nextbase website, or via an approved retailer.
Please be aware that spare adhesive mounting pads are provided inside the box in case of any change of vehicle or failure. We are happy to offer a replacement adhesive plate in accordance with our 12-month warranty policy should it be needed. The InstallerNet installation service does not cover revisits for the purpose of reapplying a new adhesive to your windshield.
Installation appointment times vary but normally fall within 1-2 weeks which includes product shipping time. During the busy seasons (Black Friday and Christmas) these times will be affected.

How soon can I schedule an appointment?
As soon as the Installation has been purchased, you can make scheduling arrangements. Please note that most of the appointments are scheduled between 24 and 48 business hours after installation purchase. Additional time may be required for Saturday appointments as this is the Installers busiest time.

How much does an Installation cost?
The purchase process for your installation provides information necessary to schedule your appointment with an installer. With the information provided by you we will ensure that our installer is fully prepared to perform a professional installation.
Will the installer call me?
Once you request an appointment, we’ll contact the installer and work to best accommodate your scheduling needs. We’ll then provide you with all your installers contact information and confirm your date/time and make any changes as needed. Your installer may also contact you to do the same.
How long will an Installation take?
The Installation time frame varies due to product location and/or vehicle type. It is always best to ask the installer after the appointment has been scheduled, so that you (and they) are prepared for your scheduled appointment.
Installation Labor Warranty
Each installation performed comes with a nationwide limited lifetime labor warranty. If at any time, the installed product becomes inoperable due to a faulty installation the installer will correct the problem at no charge.
What is InstallerNet’s Installation Cancellation Policy?
For installation purchased directly from InstallerNet, you may cancel at any time for a refund; however, a cancellation fee will be assessed and deducted from your refund based on the following guidelines: No cancellation fee with be assessed if InstallerNet receives the cancellation request within a 24-hour grace period of sending you notification that an InstallerNet Member has accepted your installation assignment. This notification to you is sent by phone, email, or both. If the cancellation request is received after the 24-hour grace period, a cancellation fee of $15 per installation will be deducted from your refund.
