A certified renewed product has been expertly reviewed and renewed in-house by our own skilled technicians. A renewed product may come from when a customer has changed their mind, or the product was used as a demonstration for example. The product is then put through a refurbishing process, with the battery replaced and updated if required. These items go through our final quality control check before being re-sold.

Yes, the product will always be in its original packaging form

Every effort has been taken to restore products to saleable condition and has been refurbished to a high standard. Your product may still have very minor signs of cosmetic wear but if present this will be minimal.
